Welcome to Hand It Over Home Staging and Organization. I’m Marbrisa, owner, wife and mama. Recently, we moved our little family from Southern California to North Carolina and haven’t stopped to look back. For many years, I was the owner/operator of a vintage shop in San Diego. I loved having a storefront but grew to love the act of merchandising the store and creating vignettes more than any other aspect of the business. I began to see how merchandising an item helped the buyer to envision it in their own space and ultimately close a sale.
For many home sellers, it is difficult to emotionally detach and that affects how a home presents to potential buyers. Just like merchandising items in a store, a potential buyer needs to be able to envision themselves in the home and first impressions are critical. Too much clutter sends a message that the home has not been taken care of or does not have enough space. Vacant homes look sad and neglected, making it difficult for potential buyers to see themselves and their things in the space. This is where I come in.
My primary goal is to help de-personalize and de-clutter your home, recommend repairs where needed and ultimately present the property in its best light.
